Since walking is a
part of everyday life, the feet are always exposed to all kinds of hazards and
one of them is the development of the Forefoot Pain. Pain in the foot is when the person has a structural problem, when
there is a damage caused to the bones and joints of the foot, or when the
person is not wearing the footwear that should be worn for a particular function
of the feet.
For example, when exercising, the foot needs shoes that would help
it to balance the weight of the body and also have no difficulty in the various
movement during jogging, running and doing other exercises.
